Great location, right on the harbour front so, if you have a room with a harbour view (we did) it is fantastic. The double-decker trams (ding dings) run right outside the hotel, and you can travel the whole route for (currently) HK3 each way. You need to get on at the back and off and pay at the front. You just drop the correct change in the slot (no change given) or use a tap and pay card. Getting the ferries across the harbour and to the other islands is very straight forward and easy to do. Hotel staff were very efficient and helpful, and the pool area very welcome after a hot days walking!

Room size was very decent for the price. Lcation was perfect for the direct airport bus which stops right in front of hotel. The MTR is a few minutes from the hotel and several buses run along the hotel main road. Cleaning staff was very accomodating as I was in room for much of mornings. There was daily cleaning and replacement of towels. They were very prompt in replacing my pillows with rubber foam ones which i preferred.

A great location near to subway, buses and tram way. Out of the centre but not too far. The room was very comfortable. The staff I encountered were all very pleasant. Large outdoor pool. Great plug/charging set for use in each room.

Location is good that’s why I come here always .and about breakfast sorry I didn’t take any.and I want to thank you to the receptionist as they help me to get high floor 23rd floor and 2303 room number .and I like the room very much as it has got beautiful sea view.on my next visit I would like to have more high floor and exactly at the same place where room 2303 is located .i mean higher then 23rd floor but same kind of room.

Here I would like to give special praise to May and Tommy at the bar, their service attitude makes me always want to have a drink. There are also Jenny and Benny at the front desk, they’re very friendly and helpful every time I stay, and all of the concierge staffs friendly smiles show me they looked more professional than the concierge staff of a five-star hotel 😁. The staff who clean my room was very friendly.

We booked the cheapest room with city view on the list but we got upgrade to the premium room on the top floor, having excellent view of the bay. The room is spacious and clean. The location is very good for us since it’s close to MTR station and the city flyer from the airport stop is almost right in front of the hotel. It is convenient to move around. The door staff are very friendly.

I enjoyed my stay at Harbour Plaza North Point based on the facilities, proximity to Quarry Bay Metro (Island Line), and various shops and restaurants. The metro is next to the hotel by ‘Subway’ and other shops. Of course, it is close to North Point and other places where you can see the famous Hong Kong skyline and seascape. North Point Metro (Island Line) is also within walking distance (Approximately 15 minutes), along with shops, restaurants, and malls. I have stayed here twice so far. The place was clean and welcoming, with professional and friendly staff. I recommend this hotel for vlaue and location.
